PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is accepted in the following formats:
Credit/ debit card online or via telephone
Cheque (UK only - please allow up to 5 working days for clearance.)
Pay Pal

Postal Order (UK only.)
Cash on collection.
SHIPPING - UK
Goods are normally posted the next WORKING DAY after payment has been received/cleared.
Items are posted by either Standard First Class delivery or via courier.
SHIPPING - International
Overseas shipping is despatched Standard Airmail.
CANCELLATION
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 ('DSR'), you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase(s) within 7 working days of delivery, items should be returned securely packaged and in their original condition to the address shown on the invoice. You will be responsible for the costs of returning goods unless they were delivered in error.
RETURNS POLICY
Items must be returned within 14 days at the customers own cost .
We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service since responsibility for the goods remains with you until we have received them. In the unlikely event that goods purchased from us are faulty, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement item upon receipt by us of the faulty item in it's original condition and packaging. In these conditions we will refund the cost of the return postage. Before returning anything to us, please e-mail us to advise us of your intention to return the items.

PRICE
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
NON RECEIPT OF ITEM
Please let us know within 30 days of order if you have not received item, stating order number and date of order.
